Kosher Takeout Options


RDU Kosher

Chabad of Cary provides delicious kosher takeout with supervision by Rabbi Yisroel Cotlar. With a variety of meals, sandwiches, and sides, it's the perfect option for convenient kosher dining. Pickup from Chabad or delivery via Uber are available for an added fee.

Y’alla Kosher Food Truck

Located on the Duke University campus, Yalla Kosher Food Truck serves fresh Mediterranean cuisine and is certified both Glatt kosher and Halal. The truck is a unique collaboration between Duke’s Jewish and Muslim communities and offers pita sandwiches, hummus bowls, and refreshing limonana, all made with locally-sourced ingredients.


Grocery Stores with Kosher Options

  • Food Lion carries an extensive kosher section, including frozen and fresh meats, chicken, cold cuts, Cholov Yisroel milk and cheese, pizza, challah, babka, and many kosher dry goods.

  • Wegman’s has a few local locations with Kosher freezer sections. You can usually find Kosher chicken, meats, deli, frozen foods and a variety of kosher products.

  • Trader Joe’s usually carries Empire chicken, glatt kosher Teva beef, and many other kosher items including kosher wines.

    Locations in Cary, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh

  • Publix offers a selection of kosher chicken, beef, and dry goods. The Cary and Apex stores also stock some kosher items, but with a smaller variety than the branches in Raleigh.
